DreamHatcher Refund & Exchange Policy

At DreamHatcher, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. While all sales are considered final, we understand that there may be instances where an exchange or store credit refund is necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.


1. General Policy

  • All purchases are final sale unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Any issues with an order must be reported within 3 business days of delivery—no exceptions.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

  • Refunds are not issued for incorrect size selection. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before purchasing.

  • DreamHatcher does not accept size exchanges. Customers must carefully review the size guide before placing an order.

  • All refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash, credit card, or PayPal refunds will be provided.

  • By placing an order with DreamHatcher, you agree that all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.


2. Exchange Eligibility

DreamHatcher will accept exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • If We Sent the Wrong Item, Size, or Color
    If an error was made on our end, we will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item.

  • If the Product Arrived Damaged or Defective
    Contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

  • If the Exchange Request is Made Within 7 Business Days of Delivery
    Requests made after this window will not be accepted. Items must be in resellable condition to qualify.


3. When Exchanges Are Not Accepted

DreamHatcher does not accept exchanges in the following situations:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Exchange requests made after 7 business days.

  • Items marked as final sale, limited edition, or exclusive.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Size exchanges are not accepted. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing.


4. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

  • Refunds are only issued as store credit via a DreamHatcher E-Gift Code.

  • No cash, credit card, or PayPal refunds will be provided.

  • Store credit refunds are processed within 7-10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are not issued for incorrect size selection. Customers must carefully review the size guide before purchasing.

  • Only incorrect or defective items are eligible for refunds.

  • By purchasing from DreamHatcher, you acknowledge and agree that all refunds will be in the form of store credit.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

  • Items marked as final sale, custom orders, or gift cards.

  • Any item returned without prior approval.


6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.

  • If an item is unavailable or canceled by DreamHatcher, a store credit refund will be issued.


7. How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

  • Email iamweigh@therealdreamhatcher.com with the following information:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)

    • A detailed reason for the request

  • If your request is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your return.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

  • Email iamweigh@therealdreamhatcher.com with photos and details of the issue.

  • We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.


9. International Orders

  • Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.
