Where’s My Order?

We know you're excited to receive your DreamHatcher order! Below are common questions and answers regarding tracking and delivery.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours after the shipping label is created.
  • If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, allow additional time for the carrier to process your package.

Delivery Delays

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • If your order is still in transit beyond the estimated timeframe, please check for carrier service alerts before reaching out.

Tracking Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received My Package

  • Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early before they actually arrive.
  • Please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting support.
  • If your package still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, contact USPS or email iamweigh@therealdreamhatcher.comfor assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • DreamHatcher is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.
  • If you believe your package is lost, we recommend filing a claim with USPS.

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you received the wrong item or are missing part of your order, email iamweigh@therealdreamhatcher.comwithin 3 business days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
