Below are answers to common questions about orders, shipping, and exchanges to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Tracking & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are packaged and shipped Monday – Friday only.
- Most orders ship within 5-7 business days, but during high-demand periods, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours after the shipping label is created.
Why does my tracking show my package is still in MN?
- When we print your order invoice, your shipping label is generated at the same time.
- Your tracking number is sent immediately, but USPS tracking will not update until they scan your package into their system.
Delivery Issues
My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
- Carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" before they actually arrive.
- Please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
- If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact USPS or email iamweigh@therealdreamhatcher.com for assistance.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
- DreamHatcher is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.
- If you believe your package is lost, we recommend filing a claim with USPS.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges.
- DreamHatcher covers shipping only if there was a mistake on our end (wrong item or defective product).
- Items must be returned in unworn, good condition before an exchange is processed.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 business days of delivery.
Do you accept returns?
- All sales are final.
- However, we accept exchanges within 7 business days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a wrong or defective item.
How do I start an exchange?
- Email iamweigh@therealdreamhatcher.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the exchange
- Photos (if applicable)
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed.
- Please double-check your order before checkout to avoid any issues.
Who pays for return shipping if I need a size exchange?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges.
- We encourage all customers to check our size guide carefully before placing an order.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
- International shipping is coming soon!
